Québec numérique is an special event co-organized by ELEKTRA and Arcadi (Paris) during the second edition of NÉMO Festival for the 50th anniversary of the General Delegation of Québec in France. For three days, Québec numérique focused on digital creations from Québec and presented on Parisian land a selection of important digital artworks, as well as a special edition of the International Digital Art Marketplace (MIAN). Program : Nicolas Bernier, Martin Messier, Herman Kolgen, Purform, Grégory Chatonsky, Louis-Philippe Demers, Rafael Lozano-Hemmer, Kokoromi and TAG. The Conseil des arts et des lettres du Québec (CALQ) also presented a panel during which European and Québec professionals discussed on digital art's identity and its challenges. The panel hosted Mr Yvan Gauthier, President of CALQ, and Dominique Moulon, teacher, journalist and French digital art specialist as moderator.
